Booking T&C

As we all know, plans can change in an instant and very unexpectedly. That being said, there's always a fair solution if something makes it necessary for you to cancel or postpone your stay. Please just contact us in that case.

​

  • Depending on your selected option and check-in date, we can require full payment or a deposit before arrival.

  • We usually ask you to deposit 25% of the total sum to confirm your booking. In case your check-in date is less than 2 weeks ahead, we ask for a deposit of 50%. The rest will be due on arrival.

  • Upon arrival, guests must confirm their identity by showing a passport or a valid ID to the owner.

  • We may need to allocate you to an alternative room for safety or operational reasons. Therefore, our reservations do not guarantee that you can stay in a specific room. Still, we will do our best to honour your preferences and consider the type of package booked.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking and cancel any reservation for which the requested deposit is not paid.

  • It is unlikely that Noma Village has to make any changes to your booking. Nevertheless, we also reserve the right to do so and will inform you at your earliest convenience.

  • Noma Village reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the property in case of irresponsible behaviour and our obligations with the client will be terminated. You authorize us to charge you for any damage caused and not to be obligated to refund you, as well as a charge for any items that are broken, missing or require extra cleaning service.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to personal belongings. 

  • Please contact us in case of any discrepancies in the details or price of your reservation.

  • All our prices are shown in Euro.

Modification & Cancellation Policy

Before contacting us in case of a modification or cancellation, please be aware of our cancellation policy and deposit refunds
 

  • More than one month of arrival date - 100% refundable
     

  • More than two weeks before arrival and less than a month - 70% refund or option to use this deposit amount as a credit for a future stay at Noma Village
     

  • Cancel within two weeks before arrival - 50% refund or option to use this deposit amount as a credit for a future stay at Noma Village
     

  • Less than two weeks - non- refundable
     

It is not possible to modify your booking two weeks before arrival. If you decide to shorten your stay and it's less than two weeks ahead of the check-in date, the cancelled days will also be charged.
 

In case of a no-show or cancellation after the arrival date, no refund will be made, therefore, if the guest arrives and decides to leave, full payment will be required.
 

If we can not provide your stay, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. We will return the full amount already paid or change the booking dates at your convenience, subject to availability. These circumstances can include interruption of internet connection, gas, failure of electricity or water, strikes, floods, earthquakes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, closure of airports and ports, political unrest, and epidemic, not to exclude other reasons.
